Welcome to Go Kids! registration.  You will register all of your children entering kindergarten through fifth grade using one form.  We look forward to seeing your family in a backyard this summer!
We will be checking photo ID of all adults picking up children.  If there is anyone who might be picking up your child other than the parents/guardians/contacts already listed, please provide their full name(s) below.
While we don't forsee any incidents happening, we also acknowledge the unknown.  Should an accident or injury occur while your child(ren) is/are participating in Go Kids!, your signature below confirms your understanding that neither Granger Missionary Church nor the Go Kids! site hosts are held liable.  We will have plenty of responsible and caring adult volunteers at each site to best ensure the safety and enjoyment of all who participate!

Your signature below also confirms your agreement to your child being photographed.   Pictures will only be posted through Granger MC social media, and for an in-house church celebration in September.
