ROOTED is a 10-week interactive experience that leads you on a personal journey to deepen your connection with God, His Church, and your purpose.
How is ROOTED different?
It is said that people remember 10% of what they read, 20% of what they hear, and 30% of what they see. However, they learn 70% of what they discuss and 80% of what they experience. Instead of listening to teaching, ROOTED members share a disciple-making experience together. This is what makes ROOTED powerful.
Who is ROOTED for?
Everyone! No matter where you are in your walk with Jesus, there is always a next step. Those who have not yet committed their lives to Christ will receive answers to their questions and those who consider themselves Christ-followers will gain new perspective and depth of faith.
How does ROOTED work?
Over the course of 10 weeks, groups of 10-15 meet weekly to discuss the previous week's homework and share what God has been saying to each group member. Three times during the journey, group members will share an experience together in prayer, serving, and sharing.
What will be expected of me in ROOTED?
ROOTED is a significant commitment over the course of 10 weeks, but anything worth doing involves a certain amount of sacrifice. There is homework five days a week including daily readings, journaling thoughts on Bible passages, meditating on Scripture verses, and writing personal prayers.
